The charity main office is based at Withers LLP, 20 Old Bailey, London EC4M 7EG

SMNSC has always been deliberately independent of the NHS, in particular Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust and the National Spinal Injuries Centre at Stoke Mandeville Hospital.

The charity has declared objectives that allows it to support worthy projects anywhere in the UK and abroad and is focused on improving outcomes for Spinal Cord Injured patients, through training, education, research and where appropriate specialist equipment and facilities.
